Sunday Morning Worship

Asbury offers three Sunday morning worship services: 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Traditional Worship in the sanctuary and 11:00 a.m. Modern Worship in Williams Chapel. A Children’s Moment (like the one in the video above) is offered in each service.

Children are always welcome in worship! (In fact, parents, you are the number one faith influencers in a child’s life – it’s great practice for kids to see you worship!) However, if you would like your kindergarten through second graders to have more focused worship education, our pastors will invite them to attend Children’s Church in Room 214 (just outside Asbury’s gym) where, for about 30 minutes, they’ll learn that God loves them through praise songs, Bible stories, and activities.

Parents: Before Children’s Church and any event held on campus, you must check in for your child’s safety. Learn more about that process and what to expect when you arrive.

Asbury Kids can play an important role in Traditional Worship as acolytes or Bible bearers!

Kids who want to be involved in our Traditional Worship services also have the opportunity to carry in the light and God’s Holy word as acolytes and Bible bearers. We hold training twice a year. Have you already had training? Sign up here!

Melanie, Asbury Kids
Joyful Noise, Wednesdays Asbury Kids

Our fall programming resumes August 14! All children are invited to know and experience God’s love through choir (details below), engaging Bible lesson, and small groups.

Joyful Noise, Asbury Kids Choir

Kindergarten through fifth grade kids join their voices in praise with our Joyful Noise Children’s Choir Wednesday nights from 6:00-6:30 p.m. in Room 214. Kids get to sing, say, dance, and play with Ms. Melanie. Joyful Noise shares their music in worship a few times through year. Want your kiddos to be a part? Email us.

Preschoolers (ages 3-5) have a special music and movement time with Ms. Melanie and Ms. Alex on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:00 p.m. in our preschool space (Room 209). These Tiny Trebles have a chance to build confidence using their voices as they sing about God’s love.
