Everyone is invited to participate in activities and programs, and to join our community of people seeking Christ and growing together in faith, service, and friendship. Exercise Opportunities
Asbury members and member guests are welcome to play in our gym on the following days:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 2:30-4:30 p.m. Questions? Email Nancy Hollaway.
Learn how to listen to your body, stretch, meditate, and exercise through the art of yoga. Drop in Mondays from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. in the space outside the sanctuary. Bring your own mat. The class is $5 per session.
