Robyn White, Adult Ministry Director
After working in the IT industry for over 10 years, Robyn took time off to be a stay-at-home mom. And, during that time, God called her into ministry.
Robyn leads many Adult Ministry classes at Asbury including Disciple Bible Study, Sunday School, and various Journey classes. She also is a trained Spiritual Director and helps people explore their spiritual journey to discern God’s movements and presence in their life.
Robyn holds a Masters of Divinity degree from Garrett Theological Seminary, a United Methodist Certification in Spiritual Formation from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern, and Certification in Spiritual Direction from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.
Robyn is married to Dan and they have two college-aged boys, Carson and Miles. They have been members of Asbury for over 13 years. Robyn loves spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and visiting new restaurants throughout Birmingham.
Margaret Grubic, Adult Ministry Coordinator
Margaret received her degrees in B.S. and M.S. in Food & Nutrition at The University of Alabama and worked as a dietitian for 7+ years until God called her to ministry. Now, Margaret is perusing her Masters of Divinity at Emory University while working part time as Adult Ministry Coordinator at Asbury, teaching classes and organizing terrific events like Date Night, Silent Retreats, and the Lenten Art Exhibition.
Margaret is married to David and they have two boys, Eli and Shepherd. Margaret is an artist and small business owner. She loves reading, traveling, and trying new foods.
