For the June Mission of the Month we partnered with our VBS kids! Our goal was to raise $10,000 for Water is Basic – an organization that not only drills wells but empowers women in South Sudan to open and run well-repair businesses to support their families. Asbury – we exceeded our goal! We raised $12,270 AND a church member matched the total bringing us to $22,270! THANK YOU!

Sunday mornings this July from 9:45-10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary, Pastor Mike Holly is leading a Summer Institute on Pastor Magrey deVega’s book Questions Jesus Asked. Mike’s session will explore Jesus’ questions posed in the gospels and help you answer the question you’ve likely asked yourself: what am I looking for? If you’re unable to join us in person, the sessions are being live-streamed.
Asbury’s Security Team has regular medical training sessions open to anyone interested in learning life-saving skills! Join the team for “stop the bleed” training led by the Shelby County Coroner on Tuesday, June 30 at 6:00 p.m. Note: Due to water damage in Room 144, the class will be held in Room 113.

High schoolers: July 17–18 RESET is heading to Atlanta for a night at Truist Park to watch the Braves take on the Texas Rangers, followed by a full day of thrills at Six Flags Over Georgia!
