Not only is volunteering at Giggles & Grace is a great way to fellowship with other volunteers and shoppers, but you have the opportunity to support ministry in action. Plus, volunteers get to shop the pre-sale. The more hours you can help, the earlier you’ll shop!
• Stars (12-hour volunteers) may shop Thursday before the sale from 10:00 a.m. to noon. These volunteers also receive a guest shopping pass and are welcome to come back to shop with their guests.
• Graces (8-hour volunteers) may shop Thursday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
• Angels (6-hour volunteers) may shop Thursday from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
• Giggles (4-hour volunteers) may shop Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
• Consignors who volunteer a minimum of 2 hours may shop Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m.
• Those with guest passes may shop Thursday 6:00 pm to 8:00 p.m.

If you need a shift that’s not on the schedule during registration, or if you need to change your volunteering time after registering, please email the Volunteer Team at volunteers@asburygigglesandgrace.com.
Volunteer Guidelines
Since we do depend heavily on volunteers to ensure a successful sale, we ask that you read and agree to the guidelines below prior to registering:
• Even if a volunteer is not able to shop the pre-sale, the volunteer is still expected to work the shift he/she has signed up for.
• It is the responsibility of the volunteer to sign in at the time of the shift so that the volunteer team can verify the he/she was present.
• Please be aware that if a volunteer does not show up to work the shift signed up for, he/she will not be allowed to volunteer in future sales. If an emergency arises that prevents you from working, you must contact the volunteer team ASAP at volunteers@asburygigglesandgrace.com.
• Volunteers cannot shop during their shift(s).
• Volunteers cannot bring children while working a shift. There is no childcare available at the church for volunteers. Children cannot be left unattended during any shift.
• Please note: If you consign and volunteer you will only receive the volunteer shopping pass (Giggles / Angels) or passes (Graces) earned based on your hours.
• Please note for the pre-sale: children under 18 are not permitted any time during the pre-sale day and childcare will not be provided.
