Pick-Up and Drop-off:

Parents are encouraged to accompany students to and from their music lesson. Parents may sit outside the room or in lessons but are asked to not interfere with the ongoing lesson.

Missed Lessons:

It is the student’s (or parent’s) responsibility to notify the teacher in advance if a music lesson is to be missed for any reason. The director or church office cannot be responsible for relaying messages regarding lesson cancellations to instructors. If you need to miss a lesson, please give your instructor as much notice as possible. Your teacher will work with you to schedule a make-up lesson, provided they are given sufficient notice of your absence. Unexcused absences or absences that occur when the teacher receives no notification will not be rescheduled.

Discontinuation of Lessons:

Registration for a semester is a 15-week commitment for the student. In the event that a student/parent wishes to discontinue instruction, a 30-day notice is required. This notice should be given to the conservatory director in writing. The student/parent will be responsible for lessons that occur within 30 days from the date notice is given.

Ready to get started? Please get in touch via the form below. After we receive your information, Conservatory Director Nancy Beard will contact you to set up a lesson time based on your schedule and your instructor’s availability.
